The Hampstead Bypass, a limited access highway, scheduled for completion, fall, 2008, will skirt the Town of Hampstead, and re-enter Route 30 approximately 200' from our site at Eagle Ridge Court.  Access to the Bypass will be limited to the southern and northern entry points, and one in the middle at Route 482.  Daily traffic counts for existing retail and commercial locations circumvented by the Bypass are estimated to be reduced by 65-70%.
